Key Responsibilities
? Support sales to prepare purchase agreements/contracts and coordinate the signing/stamping till the completion and updating to Global Sales System.
? Enter, update/edit and to ensure orders are correctly booked into our system and successfully reported.
? Delivery coordination with our logistics department and customers including ensuring successful deliver the goods.
? Timely updates and coordination to raise invoices after deliveries till successful revenue reporting.
? Support inventory management and planning ensuring timely shipment with the correct profile of products to meet customers demand and needs.
? Perform sales operations/reporting works including but not limited to pipeline health reports, orders, sales and shipping reports for China.
? Regular daily support to sales team and activities with our customers including but not limited to obtaining relevant documents and account setups in CRM system.
? Do daily administrative work for China office, include office basic operation.
? Ensure a good level of documentation.
Requirements:
? More 3 years of sales support experience.
? Proven experience working customers, both internal and external. International experience and exposure is a strong plus.
? Experience working in a multicultural international environment and matrixed organization.
? Proven experience in utilizing Microsoft 365 tools especially Excel, Words, and Teams. Any other additional experience with CRM system and business tools will be significant added advantage.
? Strong communication skill across all levels of an organization.
? Solid command in reading, speaking and written Chinese and English.
? Bachelor’s Degree in business/English related course.
