Lead and implement the commercial strategy and commercial calendar in collaboration with relevantstakeholders ? Lead the implementation of the stores IKEA Retail Food communication strategy ? Develop and improve by seeking and acting upon customer feedback ? Ensure that the customer restaurant is in shape as new, common store planning solutions and vitalitypackages are implemented ? Secure that excellence in operations and high quality standards of customer experience in the customerand co-worker restaurant and optimised levels of commerciality are achieved by cooperating effectivelywith the Kitchen Production Manager ? Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans ? Ensures that the team has the correct competence regarding the IKEA Food range and the IKEA services and can share this with customers in a good way ? Identify, recruit, introduce, and develop the many talents and to secure succession planning ? Secure a lean, diverse and high performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence and leadership and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative ?
