Responsibilities overview
零售B2B主管,負責區(qū)域B2B客戶銷售工作。達成零售戰(zhàn)略指標,確保增長份額高于行業(yè)水平,業(yè)務覆蓋范圍為零售非目標藥店的廣闊市場為主,主要職責基于圍繞市場覆蓋率、產品復購率、總體業(yè)務達成為工作重點。
Main tasks
1. 零售B2B主管,負責該區(qū)域的B2B客戶年度銷售計劃,簽訂并完成B2B協(xié)議客戶的年度銷售目標,完成或超過公司和經理下達的工作目標和任務。
2. 協(xié)助B2B客戶對于年度投入進行成本核算,確保銷售業(yè)績符合年度目標分解;按照合作計劃約定,跟蹤和實施B2B客戶的執(zhí)行方案,并有效開展活動,并在活動后進行合理性評估。
3.按照月度管理B2B客戶銷售數據和計算,及時做好反饋及溝通,包括數據直連對接工作推進并確保數據詳細準確。
4. 跟蹤B2B客戶的銷售和庫存數據,每家B2B客戶覆蓋率,復購率等進行及時分析,是否銷售存疑、數據異常等情況并為管理層級和銷售團隊提供有價值的數據信息。
5. 審核B2B客戶的線上展示協(xié)議,并對市場部提供GCMA審核后的活動內容在相應平臺進行線上展示,對瀏覽量、點擊率進行合理評估,并將成本控制在預算范圍內。
6. 協(xié)議公司在B2B客戶中的合作項目,做好項目溝通的推進和協(xié)調工作,提高客戶的數據安全性。
7. 監(jiān)測和分析市場趨勢,探索區(qū)域市場機會,挖掘潛力城市,保持成熟市場業(yè)務穩(wěn)定,并為公司戰(zhàn)略的制訂提供反饋和建議。
8. 協(xié)調并有效實施各項項目和活動,合理分配和控制所有資源。有效管理項目和活動流程,確保其真是有效地執(zhí)行。
10. 建議并保持有效的溝通系統(tǒng),定期向高級管理人員報告區(qū)域工作進展情況,并于零售團隊和其他部門建立合作關系。
11. 為制訂和修改銷售相關政策和程序以及其他內部政策提供咨詢,以實現高效的銷售運營。
12. 支持公司的各種創(chuàng)新舉措,積極探索創(chuàng)新的機會和方法。
13. 履行經理分配的所有其他職責。
Job requirements· Education:
Bachelor or above, major in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Life Science is preferred.
· Working experience:
External candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience in MNC of the pharmaceutical industry. At least 2 years sales management experience or KA customer management experience is preferred.
· Skill:
Fluent Chinese and English speaking, writing and good at office software operation Professional knowledge in related product fields. Influence and strategic thinking ability. Communication, planning, organization and problem solving skills. Sense of teamwork. Strong willingness and ability to learn. Good at self-motivation, self-challenge and managing pressure.
· Integrity:
It can strictly manage its own behavior and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, industry standards and relevant laws, including, but not limited to, FCPA (anti-corruption law) and relevant anti-corruption provisions in Chinese mainland.
