Position Definition: Provides direction and support to CRDC Wuxi and ICS in various HR areas of operation, staffing, employee relationship, compliance, compensation administration, HR analysis and data report.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Contributes to HR operational excellence and accurately executing
processes related to employment compliance.
2. Making recommendations to senior management on issues concerning
employees recruiting, turnover…
3. Administering compensation and talent retention programs:
? Regular track and follow up CRDC WX employees’ overtime to ensure compliance.
? Provide labor cost calculation of ICS Monthly Rolling Business Management (MRBM) and Annual Business Plan (ABP)
? Facilitate employee application for government incentive.
4. Perform HR data analysis and provide various reports or data according
to the request.
5. Develops expertise across HR operational process areas to support
continuous improvement.
6. Act as the SME and provide consulting on HCM system (HR system,
Workday and OT system…).
7. Conducting organizational effectiveness assessments and recommending
programs to address issues.
8. Handling employee relations issues, outplacement counseling.
Degree Requirement: Degree or equivalent experience desired
