1. 參與制定并管理公司基礎設施技術標準、管理流程

Compile the technical task book of civil engineering bidding and initiate the bidding work such as engineering design and project implementation
6. 建立建設項目管理體系及編制項目管理方案，有效管控建設項目設計質量及實施進度、質量、投資
Establish the construction project management system and work out the project management plan, effectively control the design quality and implementation progress, quality and investment of the construction project
7. 組織并統(tǒng)籌供應商管理，包括對供應商履約情況考核，統(tǒng)籌公司及政府，組織與供應商談判，解決爭議、索賠、維穩(wěn)，工程款支付等問題，維護公司權益
Organize and coordinate supplier management, including assessing supplier performance, co-ordinating the company and the government, organizing negotiations with suppliers, resolving disputes, claims, maintaining stability, project payment, etc., and safeguarding the rights and interests of the company
8. 組織辦理基建工程建設政府許可、報建、驗收工作
To organize and handle the government permission, construction application and acceptance of capital construction projects
9. 組織并評審項目驗收及移交工作。包括資產(chǎn)轉固、后評價工作、質保期管理等。保證基礎設施順利投入使用

任職要求 Job Requirements：

1. 國內統(tǒng)招大學本科及以上學歷，
或已取得留學服務中心認證的“學歷學位認證書”的本科及以上學歷留學生。
Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.
2. 具備3年及以上相關工作經(jīng)驗。
3 years or more relevant working experience.
3. 國內高校畢業(yè)生大學英語四級（CET-4 425分）及以上；
海外高校畢業(yè)生須達到同等水平；較好的英語或德語閱讀能力，能夠進行日常對話。 Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
