Key Responsibility 主要工作職責(zé)
- Support regular lab work for customer facing testing

- Current portfolio maintenance and upgrade, including GMI and regular technical maintain work

- Assist new product/program development lab work from Innovation pipeline

- Responsible for lab daily operation and safety management
負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的日常運(yùn)行和安全工作
1. Performs routine laboratory operations with technical direction from senior researchers and assist in analyzing and interpreting experimental data
2. 在項(xiàng)目技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人和化學(xué)師的指導(dǎo)下，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)操作并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析；
Assists in writing experimental reports, summaries, protocols and appropriate documentation.
協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告，總結(jié)以及方案的編寫和收檔；
3. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and make recommends for their improvement.
負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)流程和方法，并對其不斷進(jìn)行完善和改進(jìn)；
4. Participate in scientific technical discussion and critical thinking.
積極參與項(xiàng)目和配方設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)討論；
5. Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on instruments.
負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常運(yùn)行和安全管理，包括實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備的管理以及小組的安全指標(biāo)管理；
6. Provide advancing technical support and perform lab test to product-related issues for the customer, answer technical questions.
配合產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工程師完成對業(yè)務(wù)和客戶的技術(shù)支持工作，包括實(shí)驗(yàn)室評估以及基本的技術(shù)解答；
Required / Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities職位要求
1. At least Bachelor’s degree Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related technical discipline with 2 years’ work experience.
大專，學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上，化學(xué)工程，應(yīng)用化學(xué)，精細(xì)化工等相關(guān)專業(yè)，2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Knowledge of laboratory practices, scientific terminology, and the characterization and preparation of materials used in routine and special procedures.
熟悉化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的操作及行業(yè)術(shù)語，并且熟知常用的基本化學(xué)原料和分析方法
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
4. 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件
5. A high attention to detail and quality in results.

6. Must be able to establish and meet deadlines to produce independent results.
