GPS: Global Procurement Services.


GPS scope is to simplify, standardize, digitize low-value and repetitive tasks
to build a best-in-class procurement organization.


GPS China was setup in May 2021, released price update services in August 2021
and RFQ services in October, and more services are in pipeline.



* Implement Price Update in ERP system.

* Preparation of RFQ Packages, supplier set up, supplier information
management and updates.

* Collaborate with Tech teams to maintain project details into tools.

* Assist procurement function in managing vendors to ensure service
reliability and quality reports and analysis of metrics of supplier performance.

* Partner with internal customers to positively influence spending decisions.

* Help coordinate and establish required legal documentation and contracts.

* New services in GPS China and adhoc tasks assigned by GPS leader.

Qualifications:

Education:


· Bachelor degree/above


Professional Experience:


· 0-3 years working experience in procurement, supply chain operations,
quality, etc.;


· Experience in Procurement system / SAP is a strong plus.


· Fluency on English (verbal and written).


· Good digital competency in RPA and BI are plus


Others:


· Proficiency on excel use.


· High sense of responsibility


· Good communication skills;


· Process oriented, with disciplined process management skills and
follow the rules.


· Self-initiative and aptitude for process improvement
