工作職責(zé):·?協(xié)助制定產(chǎn)品品類的年度產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃，引入和執(zhí)行創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計(jì)理念，以實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營目標(biāo)和產(chǎn)品品類目標(biāo)·?在業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下，收集市場情報(bào)，為所有相關(guān)人員提供有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)趨勢和發(fā)展的最新信息，與產(chǎn)品線經(jīng)理合作創(chuàng)建季節(jié)性品類的創(chuàng)意方向、趨勢和顏色呈現(xiàn)·?推出符合特定產(chǎn)品策略的創(chuàng)新花型設(shè)計(jì)理念·?與開發(fā)人員合作研究服裝工藝，深入了解工廠的能力，靈活性及局限性·?與服裝開發(fā)人員和技術(shù)人員協(xié)調(diào)以確保試穿性與款式·?創(chuàng)建和執(zhí)行適合品牌、渠道和客戶并滿足關(guān)鍵成本和利潤要求的服裝產(chǎn)品和系列·?負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間和行動(dòng)日歷及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地完成詳細(xì)信息表、CAD和試樣書你的資歷:·?本科學(xué)歷，至少5年運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑服飾設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)·?熟練使用Adobe illustrator·?優(yōu)秀的英語口語及書寫能力·?能在團(tuán)隊(duì)環(huán)境中高效的工作·?能夠同時(shí)管理不同階段的多個(gè)項(xiàng)目·?了解運(yùn)動(dòng)生活服裝市場、顏色和趨勢·?出色的演講技巧·?請展示您過往的設(shè)計(jì)作品·?需要30%的國內(nèi)旅行·?該職位目前位于上海市中心，但需要定期到寧波出差。Senior Designer, Sportstyle ApparelShanghaiYour mission:·?Contribute to the formulation of the annual product design plan for the product category and introduce and execute innovative design ideas, in order to achieve Business targets and product category objectives·?Under the direction of the Merchandising Manager, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments. Partner with PLM in creation of seasonal category creative direction, trend, and color presentation·?Launch innovative product graphic design ideas in line with specific product strategies·?Team with developers in research of fabrications techniques and applications.?Develop thorough understanding of the capabilities, flexibility and limitations of source base?·?Coordinate with garment developers and technicians to assure fit and styling·?Create and execute apparel products and ranges that are brand, channel and account appropriate and meet the critical cost and margin requirements·?Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of detail sheets, CADS, and tech packages based on design time and action calendarYour talent:·?Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 year sportswear apparel design experience·?Illustrator experience·?Written and verbal English communication skills·?Ability to work effectively in a team environment·?Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time·?Knowledge of sport-lifestyle apparel market, color, and trends·?Excellent presentation skills·?Please?add your PORTFOLIO to your application·?Requires 30% domestic travel·?This role is currently located in the downtown Shanghai, but it requires regular travel to Ningbo.
