JOB DUTIES1.Be responsible for the whole process from concept to deployment of Lidar for mass production, including and not limited to, collecting requirements, pre-research verification, component selection, technical solution evaluation, supplier communication, upstream and downstream market research, legal and regulatory analysis, acceptance criteria, etc.2.Be responsible for performance and reliability evaluation of Lidar: analyzing functional scenarios, developing test cases, designing test experiments, building test environments, and comparing different candidate solutions horizontally.3.Be responsible for the mass production feasibility analysis of Lidar. 4.Cooperate with the algorithm team and system team to complete the integration and optimization of the real vehicle layout of sensors.5.Assist in Lidar calibration, software integration and firmware management.Requirement1.Bachelor’s or master's degree or above, majoring in computer, communication, electronic information, electromechanics, automation and other related fields.2.Understanding of at least one autonomous component (domain controller, LIDAR, millimeter wave radar, camera, GNSS/IMU navigation) operating principles, communication interfaces, key performance indicators and processes. 3.Understanding of autonomous component calibration methods and time synchronization schemes.4.Understanding of product quality control methods and the ability to perform fault and failure analysis.5.Good cross-team engineering communication, verbal and written presentation skills.6.CET-4 or above, excellent communication and presentation skills in English. 7.Good independent documentation skills.Extra Point 1.ADAS product development experience2.Experience in component driver development in Linux environment 3.Understanding of autonomous component fusion related algorithms具體職責:1. 負責面向量產(chǎn)的Lidar從概念到部署的全過程,包括并不限于:搜集需求、預研驗證、零部件選型、技術(shù)方案評估、供應商溝通、上下游市場調(diào)研、法律法規(guī)分析、驗收標準等;2. 負責自Lidar的性能和可靠性評估:分析功能場景,制定測試用例,設(shè)計測試實驗,搭建測試環(huán)境并橫向?qū)Ρ炔煌蜻x方案;3. 負責Lidar的量產(chǎn)可行性分析;4. 與算法團隊、系統(tǒng)團隊合作,完成Lidar實車布局集成和優(yōu)化;5. 協(xié)助Lidar的標定、軟件集成和固件管理。崗位要求:1. 學士或碩士以上學位,計算機、通信,電子信息、機電、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè);2. 了解至少一種自動駕駛零部件 (域控制器、激光雷達、毫米波雷達、攝像頭、GNSS/IMU組合導航) 底層工作原理、通信接口、關(guān)鍵性能指標和工藝制程;3. 了解自動駕駛零部件標定方法和時間同步方案;4. 了解產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制方法,具備故障和失效分析能力;5. 具備良好的跨團隊工程溝通、口頭和書面表達能力;6. 英語CET-4以上,優(yōu)秀的英文溝通和表達能力;7. 具備良好的獨立編寫文檔能力。加分項:1. 自動駕駛ADAS產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗2. Linux環(huán)境下零部件驅(qū)動開發(fā)經(jīng)驗3. 了解自動駕駛零部件融合相關(guān)算法 職能類別:硬件工程師
