中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查(charls)是由北京大學(xué)國(guó)家發(fā)展研究院主持、北大中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)調(diào)查中心執(zhí)行的大型跨學(xué)科研究項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目旨在收集一套代表中國(guó)45歲及以上中老年人家庭和個(gè)人的高質(zhì)量微觀數(shù)據(jù)，用于分析我國(guó)人口老齡化問(wèn)題，推動(dòng)老齡化問(wèn)題的跨學(xué)科研究，為制定和完善我國(guó)相關(guān)政策提供更加科學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)。

charls項(xiàng)目組擬參照北京大學(xué)博士后國(guó)際交流計(jì)劃引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目要求招募畢業(yè)于境外知名高校的優(yōu)秀博士，于2019年進(jìn)站從事2年的全職研究工作。

該職位以北京大學(xué)國(guó)家發(fā)展研究院名義招收，指導(dǎo)老師為趙耀輝教授。

一、招聘須知

招聘人數(shù)：1-2人

崗位職責(zé)：參與charls數(shù)據(jù)分析和論文寫(xiě)作，主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括但不限于：

*老年人的居住安排、經(jīng)濟(jì)支持的來(lái)源及其決定因素；

*老年人的勞動(dòng)供給行為及其決定因素；

*老年人的健康狀況及其決定因素；

*老年人醫(yī)療服務(wù)利用情況與醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)之間的關(guān)系；

*老年人的收入、消費(fèi)、財(cái)產(chǎn)分配情況及其決定因素；

*中國(guó)老年人的生命歷史研究。

二、申請(qǐng)條件

1.年齡一般不超過(guò)35周歲，思想品德端正，身體健康。

2.申請(qǐng)人須為近3年內(nèi)獲得博士學(xué)位的外籍或留學(xué)回國(guó)博士。

3.申請(qǐng)人博士畢業(yè)學(xué)校應(yīng)為世界排名前100名的高校，或者其博士學(xué)位所屬學(xué)科排名全球前100名（以當(dāng)年度最新上海軟科世界大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)排名academicrankingofworlduniversities、泰晤士高等教育世界大學(xué)排名timeshighereducationworlduniversityranking、qs世界大學(xué)排名qsworlduniversityrankings、u.s.news世界大學(xué)排名u.s.news&worldreport為參考）。對(duì)“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家的申請(qǐng)人，條件可放寬至博士畢業(yè)學(xué)校為本國(guó)排名前3名的高校。根據(jù)中德博士后交流項(xiàng)目合作框架，在德國(guó)獲得博士學(xué)位的留學(xué)人員或外籍博士，如獲得德國(guó)亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)正式推薦可申請(qǐng)本項(xiàng)目，不受學(xué)?；?qū)I(yè)排名限制（聯(lián)系方式：德國(guó)亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)駐北京辦事處何宏010-65907866,[email protected]）。

4.申請(qǐng)人的研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閼?yīng)用微觀計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的優(yōu)先考慮，同時(shí)考慮人口學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)和公共衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域的博士。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)熟練掌握現(xiàn)代計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的方法，能夠熟練使用stata等統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件處理大樣本微觀數(shù)據(jù)。

5.能夠保證在華從事博士后研究工作不少于20個(gè)月。

6.博士學(xué)位在讀期間取得突出的研究成果。

7.非英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的人員應(yīng)具有良好的中文（或英文）聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)能力。

8.國(guó)內(nèi)在職人員不能申報(bào)本項(xiàng)目。申請(qǐng)人受本項(xiàng)目資助期間須全脫產(chǎn)從事博士后研究。

9.此前未獲得過(guò)博士后國(guó)（境）外交流項(xiàng)目或博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃資助。

三、薪資待遇

基本年薪30萬(wàn)元，包括在華從事博士后研究期間個(gè)人的生活開(kāi)支、住房補(bǔ)助、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)及來(lái)華往返國(guó)際旅費(fèi)等。

四、申請(qǐng)材料及程序

申請(qǐng)人登錄中國(guó)博士后網(wǎng)站(http://www.chinapostdoctor.org.cn/website/program/default.aspx)“國(guó)外境外交流項(xiàng)目”申報(bào)系統(tǒng)，填寫(xiě)相關(guān)信息，并上傳《博士后國(guó)際交流計(jì)劃引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)表》及主要證明材料原件掃描件。

主要證明材料包括：

（1）有效身份證件；

（2）學(xué)位證書(shū)或答辯決議書(shū)。應(yīng)屆博士畢業(yè)生如還未進(jìn)行答辯，可先進(jìn)行申報(bào)，在辦理進(jìn)站手續(xù)時(shí)提供博士學(xué)位證書(shū)；

position:postdoctoral research fellow in charls program

the china health and retirement longitudinal study (charls) aims to collect a high quality micro data set of a nationally representative sample of chinese aged 45 and older to serve the needs of scientific research on ageing in china. professor yaohui zhao, from the national school of development of pku, is the pi of charls.

now the charls team plans to recruit postdoctoral research fellows who could join the 2-year research program in 2019 with the support fromthe fellowship of international exchange program for the post-doctors.

1. no. of positions:1-2

（1）main responsibilities:

successful candidates are expected to work with the charls team to provide academic support for the field work, to produce research papers and reports.

（2）main research areas in the program include but are not limited to:

* living arrangement of the older people and intergenerational support for the older people;

* retirement of the older people and its determinants;

* health status of the older people and its determinants;

* the relationship between medical care services and medical insurance for the older people;

* the distribution of income, consumption and wealth of the older people and their determinants;

* life history study of the older people in china.

2. qualifications

(1) no more than 35 years old, and in good health.

(2) applicants got the phd degree within 3 years.

(3)the applicant’s graduating university should be one of the top 100 universities in the world, or the major where the applicant got the phd degree should be one of the top 100 majors(for the rankings, please refer to the latest academic ranking of world universities, times higher education world university ranking, qs world university ranking, or u. s. news & world report). for the applicants from countries in the "one belt and one road" initiatives, their graduating universities should be among the top 3 universities in their country. in addition, according to the cooperation framework of the sino-german postdoctoral exchange program, for any applicants who got a phd degree in german universities, they are qualified to apply for this program if they could receive official recommendation from the helmholtz association of germany ( for those who are interested in it, please contact mr. hehong by 010-65907866 or [email protected]).

(4) the research area of appliedmicroeconomicsis preferred and other areas likedemography, sociology and public healthwould also be considered favorable. besides, the applicant should be good at using statistical software to analyze large sample micro data sets.

(5) the applicant should be available to do the postdoctoral research work in china forno less than 20 months.

(6) the applicant should have shown great achievements in the related research area during the phd program.

(7) non-english speaking applicants should be good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in either chinese or english.

(8) this position is a full time position. anyone who has other employment is not qualified.

(9) the applicant should have never been funded bythe fellowship of international exchange program for the post-doctors or post-doctoral innovative talent support program.

3.salary

the annual salary is 300,000 yuan, which covers personal living expenses, housing subsidies, social insurance and round-trip air fares to china during the program.
