王艷：教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)博士，管理學(xué)博士后，中國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)理事，財(cái)政部國(guó)際化高端會(huì)計(jì)人才，廣東外語(yǔ)外貿(mào)大學(xué)云山杰出學(xué)者、校學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員。國(guó)家社科基金重大攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目“深化混合所有制改革的機(jī)制創(chuàng)新和實(shí)踐路徑研究”首席專家，廣州市人文社會(huì)科學(xué)重點(diǎn)研究基地“粵港澳大灣區(qū)會(huì)計(jì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究中心”主任?！稄V東財(cái)會(huì)》編委，論文（第一作者）被收錄于《中國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)年鑒》（2022卷）財(cái)會(huì)理論與實(shí)務(wù)研究論文（全國(guó)僅20篇文章）。高級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師，中國(guó)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師CPA。除重大項(xiàng)目外，還主持并完成國(guó)家社科基金一般項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)以上項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。在CSSCI權(quán)威期刊《管理世界》、《南開(kāi)管理評(píng)論》（人大復(fù)印全文轉(zhuǎn)載）、《會(huì)計(jì)研究》、《管理評(píng)論》、《經(jīng)濟(jì)管理》和SSCI期刊《Internatioanl Review of Financial Analysis》《Corporate Social Responsibility and Envioronmanetal Management》《Pacific-Basin Finance Journal》《Accounting Forum》《Applied Economics》《China Journal of Accounting Studies（會(huì)計(jì)研究（英文版））》《Nankai Business Review International（南開(kāi)管理評(píng)論（英文版））》等發(fā)表論文30余篇，在《科學(xué)出版社》、《Springer》國(guó)內(nèi)外權(quán)威出版社出版中文專著2部、英文專著1部。獲廣東省第八屆哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（2019年）、廣東省第七屆哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（2017年），獲廣東金融學(xué)會(huì)第十二屆廣東省優(yōu)秀金融科研成果二等獎(jiǎng)（2023年）。
一、招收條件Requirements
1.遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的政治素質(zhì)和道德修養(yǎng)，無(wú)學(xué)術(shù)不端行為；
2.具有扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和專業(yè)知識(shí)，具備較強(qiáng)的科研能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
3.非在職人員;已取得博士學(xué)位或已取得同意授予博士學(xué)位證明，且獲學(xué)位時(shí)間不超過(guò)3年;年齡原則上在35周歲以下；
4.身心健康，具備崗位所需的專業(yè)能力，能夠全職從事博士后研究工作，人事檔案轉(zhuǎn)入博士后流動(dòng)站。
1. Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good political quality and moral cultivation, and have no academic misconduct;
2. A solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge, strong research ability and teamwork spirit;
3. Non-working staff; have obtained a doctoral degree or have obtained a certificate of consent to grant a doctoral degree, and the time of obtaining the degree does not exceed 3 years; age in principle is below 35 years old;
4. Physically and mentally healthy, with the professional ability required for the position, able to engage in post-doctoral research work on a full-time basis, and the personnel file transferred to the post-doctoral station.
二、工資福利待遇Remuneration Package
(—)薪酬待遇Salary Package
學(xué)校為博士后提供具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬，年薪自18萬(wàn)元—30萬(wàn)元。在站期間以我校名義取得高水平成果，按學(xué)校相關(guān)規(guī)定另享相應(yīng)科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
The university offers competitive salaries for post-doctoral students from RMB 180,000 to 300,000 per year. If achieving high level results in the name of the university during the stay, post-doctoral students will be entitled to the corresponding scientific rewards according to the relevant regulations of the university.
(二)項(xiàng)目資助Project funding
博士后可申報(bào)“廣東特支計(jì)劃”科技創(chuàng)新青年拔尖人才項(xiàng)目、青年優(yōu)秀科研人才國(guó)際培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、廣東省“珠江人才計(jì)劃”海外青年人才引進(jìn)博士后資助項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家“博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃”、香江學(xué)者計(jì)劃、博士后國(guó)際交流計(jì)劃派出項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目以及其他國(guó)家和廣東省設(shè)立的資助項(xiàng)目，根據(jù)入選項(xiàng)目享受相應(yīng)待遇。
Post-docs can apply for the “Guangdong Special Support Program” for Young Talents in Science and Technology Innovation, the International Training Program for Outstanding Young Research Talents, the Guangdong Province Pearl River Talents Program for Young Overseas Talents, the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talents Support Program, the Xiangjiang Scholars Program, the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and other funding programs established by the State and Guangdong Province, and enjoy the corresponding treatment according to the selected projects.
(三)其他福利 Other Benefits
1.符合學(xué)校過(guò)渡房管理規(guī)定的，安排博士后住房（按學(xué)校規(guī)定繳納房租），住房不足時(shí)由博士后個(gè)人自行租房。租房可憑租房發(fā)票、協(xié)議等申請(qǐng)報(bào)銷（含稅），最高報(bào)銷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為3000元/月；
1. If the university's transitional housing management regulations are met, post-doctoral housing will be arranged (rent paid according to the university's regulations); if housing is insufficient, post-doctoral students will rent their own housing. Postdocs can apply for reimbursement (including tax) with the invoice and agreement of rental housing, and the maximum reimbursement standard is RMB 3,000 per month.
2．學(xué)校按規(guī)定為博士后繳納社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)，繳存住房公積金（學(xué)校應(yīng)繳部分從學(xué)校賬戶支出，不包含在博士后年薪內(nèi)）；
2. The university provides social insurance and housing support for the post-docs (the university's contribution will be paid from the university's account and is excluded in the annual salary of the post-docs);
3．博士后子女可按有關(guān)規(guī)定報(bào)讀幼兒園、附屬中、小學(xué)；

The university accepts applications for postdoctoral positions all year round, please follow the procedures:
（一）個(gè)人申請(qǐng)Individual application
申請(qǐng)者瀏覽廣東外語(yǔ)外貿(mào)大學(xué)博士后招收簡(jiǎn)章，了解相關(guān)信息，填寫《廣東外語(yǔ)外貿(mào)大學(xué)博士后申請(qǐng)表》個(gè)人信息內(nèi)容，并將電子版發(fā)送至：[email protected]；[email protected]；[email protected]； [email protected]。
Applicants should browse through the post-doctoral recruitment prospectus of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), learn the relevant information, fill in the personal information content of the "GDUFS Postdoctoral Application Form" and send the electronic version to [email protected].
（二）初審反饋Preliminary screening and feedback
校博管辦對(duì)申請(qǐng)人的基本條件進(jìn)行初步資格審查，并將初審結(jié)果反饋至申請(qǐng)人。
The post-doctor regulatory commission of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies will conduct a Preliminary screening of the applicants’ basic conditions and provide feedback to the applicants on the results of the preliminary screening.
（三）提交申請(qǐng)Submission of application
申請(qǐng)人聯(lián)系合作導(dǎo)師，初步達(dá)成合作意向后，向?qū)熖峤弧?a style="color: rgb(82, 82, 82); text-decoration-line: none;" target="_blank">廣東外語(yǔ)外貿(mào)大學(xué)博士后申請(qǐng)表》和相關(guān)證明材料，由導(dǎo)師將以上材料提交至接收單位討論。
After contacting the collaborating mentor and reaching preliminary cooperation intention, the applicant submits the "GDUFS Postdoctoral Application Form" and relevant supporting materials to the collaborating mentor, who will submit the above materials to the receiving unit for discussion.
（四）學(xué)院審核Review by School
1．資格審查。接收單位根據(jù)招收公告對(duì)申請(qǐng)者進(jìn)行資格審查。
2．學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)議。接收單位依托學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)或單獨(dú)成立專家評(píng)審組召開(kāi)評(píng)審會(huì)議，通過(guò)面試面談、學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告等形式對(duì)申請(qǐng)者的學(xué)術(shù)水平、發(fā)展?jié)摿?、與學(xué)科發(fā)展的契合度等進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)議，填寫《學(xué)術(shù)部門考核意見(jiàn)表》。
3．單位推薦。接收單位召開(kāi)黨政聯(lián)席會(huì)議，對(duì)申請(qǐng)者的政治思想表現(xiàn)、學(xué)術(shù)道德、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神等進(jìn)行考察，填寫推薦意見(jiàn)。
1.Qualification examination. The receiving unit will examine the applicants' qualifications according to the recruitment announcement.
2.Academic review. The receiving unit will rely on the academic committee or set up a separate expert review group to hold a review meeting and conduct a comprehensive review of the applicant's academic level, development potential, and fit with the development of the discipline through interviews and academic reports, etc. and then fill in the "Academic Department Assessment Opinion Form".
3.Unit recommendation. The receiving unit will hold a Party-Government meeting to examine the applicant's political and ideological performance, academic ethics, teamwork spirit, etc. and fill in the recommendation opinion.
（五）學(xué)校審核Review by the Human Resource Department of the university
人力資源部博管辦根據(jù)單位提交的材料，對(duì)擬招收人員的材料進(jìn)行審核;審核通過(guò)的，履行相關(guān)程序。
According to the materials submitted by the unit, the post-doctor regulatory commission of the Human Resource Department will review the materials of the proposed recruits; if the review is approved, the relevant procedures will be fulfilled.

2.根據(jù)廣州市、黃埔區(qū)相關(guān)政策，期滿出站后，符合規(guī)定條件的博士后可申請(qǐng)市、區(qū)兩級(jí)財(cái)政分期提供合計(jì)60萬(wàn)元的安家費(fèi)；

接受國(guó)內(nèi)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者
一、接受對(duì)象
1.應(yīng)具有副高及以上專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)，或具有碩士以上學(xué)位、中級(jí)以上專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)
2.年齡原則上不超過(guò)45周歲。
二、申請(qǐng)辦法
1.查看導(dǎo)師課題信息，選擇合適的導(dǎo)師并與其提前進(jìn)行聯(lián)系與溝通，征得導(dǎo)師同意接收后，方可繼續(xù)申請(qǐng)；

三、學(xué)習(xí)與結(jié)業(yè)
訪問(wèn)學(xué)者訪學(xué)期間以科研工作為主，同時(shí)根據(jù)本人的情況和科研工作需要，經(jīng)導(dǎo)師同意，可以協(xié)助指導(dǎo)研究生、參加編寫教材或其他教學(xué)工作。訪問(wèn)學(xué)者除學(xué)習(xí)導(dǎo)師講授的課程外，經(jīng)導(dǎo)師和二級(jí)單位同意，原則上每學(xué)期可以選聽(tīng)1-2門相關(guān)的專業(yè)課程。不鼓勵(lì)以跟班聽(tīng)課為目的的訪學(xué)，二級(jí)單位和導(dǎo)師應(yīng)規(guī)范和約束訪問(wèn)學(xué)者跟班聽(tīng)課，避免影響正常教學(xué)秩序。
在訪學(xué)期限內(nèi)，訪問(wèn)學(xué)者要按期完成訪學(xué)計(jì)劃并填寫《廣東外語(yǔ)外貿(mào)大學(xué)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者訪學(xué)期滿考核表》。二級(jí)單位和導(dǎo)師對(duì)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者訪學(xué)期間的學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)、從事的主要工作、取得的主要成果和收獲等情況，要認(rèn)真做出客觀公正的考核評(píng)價(jià)。經(jīng)導(dǎo)師簽字、二級(jí)單位審查和教師發(fā)展中心核準(zhǔn)成檔后，分別報(bào)送我校留存和選派單位人事部門存檔?？己撕细裾哂扇肆Y源部（教師發(fā)展中心）統(tǒng)一頒發(fā)《教育部高等學(xué)校國(guó)內(nèi)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者證書》。
四、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1、培訓(xùn)費(fèi)。國(guó)內(nèi)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者：12000元/年，半年減半收費(fèi)。
2、住宿費(fèi)。費(fèi)用為3000元/年（房間住宿提供熱水器、空調(diào)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等設(shè)備），半年減半收費(fèi)。由于學(xué)校住房緊張，駐穗（含廣州周邊及佛山地區(qū)）單位的訪問(wèn)學(xué)者不安排住宿，非駐穗單位的訪問(wèn)學(xué)者按申請(qǐng)的先后順序安排入住雙人間，不提供單人間。
