合同類型:全職、期限2年,可按師資博士后進站,聘期結束考核合格后可轉為正式教職工
待遇:
(1)年薪制:稅前年薪依據聘期工作業(yè)績按照三個等級劃分:等級a, 27萬元人民幣;等級b, 24萬元人民幣;等級c, 21 萬元人民幣。聘期初始年薪為等級c,當在chemistry of materials, chemical science, advanced functional materials, advanced energy materials, 或者其他相當的期刊上發(fā)表論文時,年薪提高至等級b;或者當在nature communications, journal of the american chemical society, angewandte chemie, advanced materials, energy and environmental science或者其他相當的期刊甚至更好的期刊上發(fā)表論文時,年薪提高至等級a。新的年薪將適用于整個合同期,也就是以往聘期的年薪差額將會被補發(fā)。
(2)其他:學校提供5萬元的科研啟動經費;博士后在站期間博士后配偶隨博士后流動,學校對其配偶安置臨時性工作,如配偶不隨博士后在站期間流動,學校將按照相關規(guī)定給予博士后在站期間每月500元作為博士后配偶的補貼(最多發(fā)放2年);其他額外補助需面議;小孩入托和入學可安排在桂林理工大學附屬幼兒園和小學。(備注:師資博士后進站時也可申請按照當年引進博士人員標準(20-40萬元)領取安家費。)
工作內容和職責:利用高溫高壓系統(tǒng)、低溫拓撲還原等多種方法制備新化合物和材料,測量離子導電、介電/鐵電/磁性以及其他功能性質,利用粉末x-射線和中子衍射、透射電鏡、固態(tài)核磁共振譜等互補手段研究晶體結構和缺陷結構,并結合分子動態(tài)模擬和第一性原理計算等理論計算開展結構-物性關系等機理研究;定期向課題組負責人匯報和討論工作,起草、修改以及在具有影響力的學術期刊上發(fā)表研究論文。
要求:已獲得無機化學、材料科學或者凝聚態(tài)物理方向的博士學位;具有良好的晶體結構知識,在無機固體化學/物理、固體材料計算化學/物理、固體高溫高壓合成、或者透射電鏡等方向具有一定研究經驗者優(yōu)先。
合作導師介紹:匡小軍,研究員,博士生導師,國家優(yōu)秀青年科學基金獲得者。1999年7月畢業(yè)于江西南昌大學化學系獲理學學士學位;2004年6月畢業(yè)于北京大學化學與分子工程學院無機化學專業(yè),獲理學博士學位,師從林建華和荊西平教授。2004年8月-2010年7月期間,先后在英國liverpool大學化學系matthew j. rosseinsky教授(英國皇家學會院士)課題組和durham大學化學系ivana r. evans博士課題組從事博士后研究。2009年入選中山大學‘百人計劃’,2010年7月-2013年3月于中山大學化學與化學工程學院任副教授和碩士生導師。2013年3月入職桂林理工大學,先后獲得教育部2013年度“新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”、首屆廣西高校引進海外高層次人才‘百人計劃’,2014年度廣西自然科學基金杰出青年基金,第18批廣西“新世紀十百千人才工程”第二層次人選和2016年度國家自然科學基金優(yōu)秀青年科學基金等人才計劃的支持,2017年獲得第14屆廣西青年科技獎。主持5項國家自然科學基金項目和5項省部級項目。研究方向為無機材料與固體化學,從事介質材料和固態(tài)離子導體等電子功能陶瓷材料的合成,性質、結構及構效關系等基礎研究,利用包括粉末衍射、透射電鏡和固態(tài)核磁共振譜在內的多種互補方法確定材料的晶體結構和局域缺陷結構,在原子級層次上理解結構對電性質的作用機理。目前以第一或通訊作者身份在nature materials、nature communications、journal of the american chemical society、angewandte chemie、chemistry of materials、journal of materials chemistry (a/c)、advanced electronic materials、inorganic chemistry等國際著名期刊上發(fā)表40余篇學術論文。
課題組研究條件:依托有色金屬及材料加工教育部重點實驗室和廣西光電材料與器件重點實驗室等研究平臺;重點實驗室具有粉末x-射線衍射儀,透射電鏡、x-光電子能譜、掃描電鏡、拉曼光譜等大型儀器;材料科學與工程學院具有材料科學與工程一級學科博士授予權;課題組現(xiàn)有實驗室面積350平米,課題組內目前具有帶高溫附件的變溫粉末x-射線衍射儀、walker型多面頂高溫高壓制備系統(tǒng)、solartron交流阻抗儀和電化學界面、低溫電學測試系統(tǒng)、熱分析儀等材料研究設備和用于理論計算的服務器;課題組與法國高溫材料所、美國nist中子中心以及北京大學化學與分子工程學院等國內外著名科研單位具有密切的合作研究。課題組為團隊成員提供在科研合作單位進行學術進修和研究訪問的機會。
