華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)是教育部直屬全國重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，是國家“211工程”、國家“雙一流”建設(shè)高校。園藝林學(xué)學(xué)院由原園藝系和原林學(xué)系合并成立于2002年2月，學(xué)院歷史可追溯到1904年湖北省高等農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)堂開設(shè)的林科和1940年湖北省立農(nóng)學(xué)院園藝系。百年來，華中農(nóng)大園藝林學(xué)學(xué)院櫛風(fēng)沐雨，薪火相傳，始終與民族命運(yùn)共沉浮，與時代脈搏共起伏，為國家農(nóng)林人才和卓越風(fēng)景園林師培養(yǎng)、農(nóng)林科技進(jìn)步和相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展作出了應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。

hzau is a national key university of the project 211 and a leading agriculture university in china. the college of horticulture and forestry sciences was established in february 2002 based on two departments: the department of horticulture and the department of forestry sciences. the history of the college can be traced back to the branch of the department of agricultural sciences of hubei province in 1904 and the department of horticulture of the hubei provincial agricultural college in 1940. the college has weathered the ups and downs over the past 100 years as china went through the turbulent years. it has made great contributions to the education and training of outstanding horticulturists, foresters, and landscape architects and to the scientific and technological progress in horticulture and forestry of china.

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工188人，其中專任教師158人（全職外籍教授2人）。學(xué)院擁有園藝學(xué)、林學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)3個一級學(xué)科，園藝學(xué)為國家“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科，風(fēng)景園林學(xué)為湖北省重點(diǎn)一級學(xué)科。園藝學(xué)二級學(xué)科中，果樹學(xué)為國家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，蔬菜學(xué)為國家重點(diǎn)（培育）學(xué)科，園林植物與觀賞園藝為原農(nóng)業(yè)部重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。在全國第四輪學(xué)科評估中，園藝學(xué)獲評a+，風(fēng)景園林學(xué)獲評b+。

the college has 193 full-time faculties, among which 158 are faculty teachers including 2 full-time foreign professors. the college has three first-level disciplines, horticulture, forestry science, and landscape architecture. horticulture was selected to the national “the double-first class” disciplines. horticulture and landscape architecture are the key first-level disciplines of hubei province. in addition, pomology science is a national key discipline, andolericulture science is a national key discipline (foster). garden plants and ornamental gardening are key disciplines of the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs. in the fourth round of national discipline evaluation, horticulture was awarded a+, and landscape architecture was awarded b+.

the college has 6 undergraduate majors including horticulture, forestry science, landscape gardening, landscape architecture, tea science and controlled environmental agriculture science & engineering. among them, horticulture and landscape gardening are the national specialty construction point, excellent agricultural and forestry talent plan; landscape architecture and forestry science are the hubei province brand professional, selected as a pilot project for comprehensive reform in hubei province. controlled environmental agriculture science & engineering is selected into the strategic emerging (pillar) industry talent training plan of hubei province.

學(xué)院建有園藝植物生物學(xué)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（連續(xù)三次評估優(yōu)秀）、國家柑橘育種中心等16個國家和省部級科研平臺。建設(shè)有園藝學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)博士后科研流動站，園藝學(xué)、林學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)一級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)。截至2022年2月，學(xué)院有全日制在校生2902人，其中本科生1672人，學(xué)術(shù)型碩士研究生428人、專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生463人、博士研究生339人，留學(xué)生66人。

the college has established 16 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research platforms including the key laboratory of horticultural plant biology of the ministry of education (excellent for three consecutive evaluations) and the national citrus breeding center. the college hosts two postdoctoral research stations for horticulture and landscape architecture, 3 doctoral degree awarding first-level disciplines. by february 2022, the college has 2902 full-time undergraduate students, 891 postgraduates, and 339 doctoral students, including 66 international students.

四、應(yīng)聘基本條件

1.外國國籍，具備優(yōu)秀的英語口語及書面表達(dá)能力。來自英語母語國家、會中文的應(yīng)聘者優(yōu)先，如果應(yīng)聘者來自非英語母語國家，則須有英語母語國家的學(xué)位證書。

六、薪酬待遇

1.實(shí)行協(xié)議年薪制，稅前年薪不低于18萬元人民幣（含單位和個人繳納的社會保險(xiǎn)、住房公積金等），年度績效獎勵根據(jù)工作業(yè)績另計(jì)，工作業(yè)績特別優(yōu)秀的，可高于年薪，且不設(shè)上限。

2.按照國家和地方規(guī)定參加社會保險(xiǎn)。

salary and benefits:

1. according to agreement annual salary system, the annual salary before tax is not less than 180,000 rmb (including insurance premiums paid by the employee college and individuals), and annual performance awards are calculated separately based on work performance. the annual performance awards can be higher than the annual salary, and there will be no top limit.
