一、學(xué)院介紹
學(xué)院設(shè)有5個本科專業(yè)，2個一級學(xué)科博士點（材料科學(xué)與工程、光學(xué)工程）、1個自設(shè)交叉學(xué)科博士點（健康工程）和5個碩士點（學(xué)術(shù)型碩士：材料科學(xué)與工程、光學(xué)工程、健康工程，專業(yè)型碩士：電子信息、材料與化工），建有多個科教平臺：江蘇省功能材料設(shè)計原理與應(yīng)用技術(shù)重點實驗室、智能光傳感與調(diào)控教育部重點實驗室（B類）、江蘇省光通信工程研究中心、激光與光子工程技術(shù)研究中心、微波光子技術(shù)研究中心、儲能材料與技術(shù)中心、環(huán)境材料與再生能源研究中心、南京大學(xué)加速器中心等；此外，學(xué)院也是固體微結(jié)構(gòu)物理國家重點實驗室、人工微結(jié)構(gòu)科學(xué)與技術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心的主要參加單位。學(xué)院在南京、蘇州、上海等地還建有若干新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)與成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺。
2015年，學(xué)院入選國家科技部支持的“高校國際化示范學(xué)院推進(jìn)計劃”試點單位，充分開展國際化辦學(xué)；2017年，材料科學(xué)與工程入選國家一流學(xué)科建設(shè)名單。學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的教師隊伍，總體規(guī)模94人，其中長江學(xué)者特聘教授6人、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者8人、四青人才50人。學(xué)院與美國伊利諾伊大學(xué)香檳分校、加州大學(xué)爾灣分校、法國巴黎高科等建立了合作伙伴關(guān)系，主持和參與多項國際合作項目，具有較大的國際影響力。
二、招聘崗位設(shè)置
南京大學(xué)現(xiàn)代工程與應(yīng)用科學(xué)學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事材料科學(xué)與工程、光學(xué)工程領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授、準(zhǔn)聘助理教授崗位，招聘總?cè)藬?shù)不超過4人，研究方向包括：
（1）有機(jī)光電功能材料
面向有機(jī)光電材料在信息能源領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用，重點研究光-電、電-光及熱-電等能量轉(zhuǎn)化的機(jī)理；發(fā)展大面積高遷移率薄膜與器件制備技術(shù)，在光電功能材料的設(shè)計與合成方法、有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體基礎(chǔ)理論、有機(jī)/高分子半導(dǎo)體薄膜制備等方面取得突破。
（2）光場調(diào)控
面向激光、精密測量、成像、傳感等領(lǐng)域?qū)鈭稣{(diào)控的重大需求，發(fā)展線性、非線性、拓?fù)洹⒐饬Φ裙鈱W(xué)設(shè)計新原理，實現(xiàn)對光場偏振、相位、振幅、頻率、時空特性等參數(shù)的多維度精準(zhǔn)調(diào)控。
（3）生物醫(yī)用能源材料與器件
發(fā)展微型、柔軟、安全的新型植入式能源器件，為新一代有源醫(yī)療設(shè)備長期穩(wěn)定供能。發(fā)展普適性的集成方法，實現(xiàn)體內(nèi)能源系統(tǒng)與具有健康監(jiān)測、疾病診療、人機(jī)交互等功能的生物電子器件高度集成，滿足生物醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用要求。
（4）新型儲能材料與高能電池技術(shù)
面向無碳清潔可再生能源的存儲，開展高效、大容量、低成本電化學(xué)儲能材料的設(shè)計與創(chuàng)制，開展包括鋰電池、金屬空氣電池、全固態(tài)電池等在內(nèi)的高比能量動力電池和高安全性大規(guī)模儲能技術(shù)相關(guān)的新原理、新方法和新器件研究。

I.Aboutthe College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (CEAS)
Since its founding in 2009, the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (CEAS) in Nanjing University has been pursuing to fulfill its original vision: science-based and engineering-oriented education. We seek an optimal balance between the creation and integration of knowledge through scholarly research, entrepreneurship and innovation in translating the products of our research into practice, and the dissemination of knowledge to our students on the Nanjing University campus and beyond. Since 2019, a new 65,000 mbuilding for research and education has been put into use to house the academic departments and research centers, embodying CEAS’s global vision and forward-looking plan. CEAS is now aimed to become a world-class college with its research and education focusing on developing cutting-edge technologies and engineering solutions to tackle major societal challenges.
In 2017, materials science and engineering in CEAS was listed as the national first-class discipline. After faculty recruitment and infrastructure expansion, CEAS is poised for significant growth and a rise to a higher standard of excellence. The college won the first prize of the National Natural Science Award once and the second prize three times. It is also a nationwide exemplary college, where internationalization is being implemented in every facet (education, research, administration, faculty recruiting/assessment, and infrastructure), and involves virtually every member of the college (administrators, faculty, staff and students). The college has established several new R&D institutions and achievement transformation platforms in Nanjing, Suzhou, Shanghai and other places. It has also formed long-term partnerships with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the University of California, Irvine, and Paris Tech, etc., and has hosted/participated in a number of international cooperation projects.
At present, CEAS faculty is composed of 94 professors/associate professors. Over the recent years, near 50 junior faculty members (including 3 non-Chinese nationals) have been recruited from world-renowned universities or institutions, primarily through national talents recruiting programs.
II. Positions
CEAS is seeking applicants for tenure-track associate professors and/or tenure-track assistant professors (up to 4 vacancies in total). Higher positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and application will be considered individually. Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:

III. Qualifications
The applicant should
(1)abide by the laws and regulations of the Peoples Republic of China, and show enthusiasm in teaching and research;
(2)abide by academic ethics, uphold academic integrity,have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
(3) have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in related disciplines, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s);
(4) have outstanding teaching abilities: the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
(5) demonstrate outstanding research output and potential: the applicant should have publications in relevant research directions, original viewpoints on relevant research fields, clear ideas for future research plans, and good academic potential.

V. Compensation Package and Support
