上海交通大學(xué)電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院"區(qū)域光纖通信網(wǎng)與新型光通信系統(tǒng)"國家重點實驗室陳建平教授研究團(tuán)隊，主要從事光子集成、寬帶光子信號處理、高精度光纖時頻傳遞等技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用研究。團(tuán)隊先后承擔(dān)國家973計劃項目，國家自然科學(xué)基金儀器專項、重點項目、優(yōu)秀青年基金項目，裝發(fā)重大、重點預(yù)研，上海市硅光子重大專項等一些列科研項目。相關(guān)成果入選2017年中國光學(xué)十大進(jìn)展，獲得2018年中國產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新獎?，F(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外招聘博士后研究人員若干名。

一、研究方向

1、光通信、光電子相關(guān)電路與系統(tǒng)、測試與控制；

2、光電子集成（硅基及混合集成）工藝、芯片測試與封裝。

二、申請條件和要求

1、符合上海交通大學(xué)博士后規(guī)定的基本條件；

2、身心健康，性格開朗，具有良好團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神和較強的責(zé)任心；擅長儀器設(shè)備開發(fā)、具有豐富光電子工藝測試與封裝技術(shù)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

三、工作待遇

1、基本待遇（包括博士后住房補貼、博士后公寓等）按上海交通大學(xué)博士后流動站相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行；根據(jù)上海市博士后管理政策辦理有關(guān)落戶事宜；

2、根據(jù)研究任務(wù)及完成情況，合作導(dǎo)師將提供豐厚額外補貼及獎勵，業(yè)績突出者每年總收入不低于35萬元；符合條件并申請成功國家"博新計劃"和上海市"超級博士后計劃"者，另享相關(guān)待遇；在站期間取得的學(xué)術(shù)成果享受學(xué)校獎勵政策；

3、博士后期間取得優(yōu)秀科研成果的，優(yōu)先推薦留師。

postdoctoral recruitment of professor chen jianping's research group

professor chen jianping's research group, at the state key laboratory of advanced optical communication systems and networks, department of electronic engineering, shanghai jiao tong university（sjtu）, is mainly working on photonic integration, broadband optical signal processing, high-precision fiber-optic time-frequency transmission, as well as commercialization of key technologies. the group has undertaken a series of scientific research projects such as the national 973 program, the national natural science foundation（instrument special project, key projects, outstanding youth fund projects, major and key pre-research）, and shanghai silicon photonics major project. the group is recruiting a number of postdoctoral researchers.

ⅰ . research directions:

（?。﹐ptical communication, optoelectronic associated circuits and systems, testing and control.

（ⅱ）photonic integrated chip（silicon photonics and hybrid integration）: design, fabrication, test and package, as well as product-level development.

ⅱ . requirements:

（?。﹎eet the basic post-doctoral recruitment requirements of sjtu.

（ⅱ）good physical and mental health, open personality, good teamwork ability, and strong sense of responsibility; applicants good at development of instrument and equipment with rich experience in optical device fabrication, package and test are preferred.

ⅲ . work treatment:

（?。゜asic treatment（including post-doctoral housing subsidies, post-doctoral apartments, etc.）in accordance with the relevant regulations of the post-doctoral mobile station of sjtu; handling relevant settlements according to shanghai postdoctoral management policy.
