一、研究中心介紹
南京大學(xué)高端控制與智能運維研發(fā)中心是南京大學(xué)在蘇州校區(qū)首批建設(shè)的研究中心之一,中心將致力于研發(fā)高性能先進控制技術(shù)以及面向工業(yè)裝備的智能維護技術(shù)等。在高端控制與智能運維方向,建成具有重要國際影響力的研發(fā)中心,擁有一批國際一流的人才,培養(yǎng)一批國際一流的博士,推動南京大學(xué)控制科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科進入國內(nèi)/國際先進行列。研發(fā)中心高端控制以解決卡脖子難題為目標,突破傳統(tǒng)控制的局限性,解決強干擾、高精度、高性能伺服控制中的重大挑戰(zhàn)問題,服務(wù)于高端制造產(chǎn)業(yè)。智能運維是根據(jù)裝備的運行狀態(tài)和安全性評估,按需進行維護,避免了傳統(tǒng)的定期維護可能導(dǎo)致的維護不足或者維護過剩所產(chǎn)生的隱患或者浪費,是世界工業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢,有望為企業(yè)產(chǎn)生重大經(jīng)濟效益。
二、招聘崗位設(shè)置
南京大學(xué)高端控制與智能運維研發(fā)中心面向全球招聘有志于從事控制科學(xué)與智能工程領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到中心工作。本次擬招聘崗位以準聘助理教授為主,崗位總數(shù)原則上不超過若干個;特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。

3.一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景:具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位,具有一流教學(xué)科研機構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中助理教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究2年以上,準聘副教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究4年以上;
4.出色的教學(xué)能力:應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本學(xué)科核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力,掌握良好的教學(xué)方法,具有較強的語言表達能力;
5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度,對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有創(chuàng)新性觀點,未來研究計劃思路清晰,具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

I. About the Center
The Center for Advanced Control and Smart Operations is one of the first research centers established by Nanjing University on the Suzhou campus. The center will be dedicated to the research and development of high-performance advanced control technology and smart operation technology for industrial equipment.
The center is aimed at developing advanced control technology with significant international influence, and at the same time nourishing a group of world-class talents and building a leading national/international program of control science and engineering.
II. The Positions
The center plans to recruit young scholars who aspire to have a career in the field of Control Science and Intelligent Engineering. The positions to be recruited this time are mainly assistant professors, and the total number of positions should not exceed a few in principle; positions for particularly outstanding high-level talents will be considered separately.

III. Conditions for Application
The applicant should
1. abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;
2. abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
3. have a first-class background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-class teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s). The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree, and prospective applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.
4. have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core basic courses and cutting-edge courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
5. demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have achievements in relevant research directions, innovative perspectives on related research fields, clear ideas for future research plans, and good academic potential.
